Pharmaceutical Manufacturers participating in the Medicare Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program shall provide banking information to be used in the Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP) to facilitate payment processing of funds between participating entities. The TPA utilizes electronic signature (eSignature) for all bank account add/change forms. To enhance security, only the individual listed as a Inflation Rebate Manufacturer Administrator contact in CMS HPMS will have authorization to submit any bank account related changes.

The forms will be accessible via the MPP website, and they will be available for Inflation Rebates starting in the 1st Quarter of 2025.
